Our Approach
The Team
The Team at Champion Bay Settlements consists of Erin and Alyce, between them they have over 24 years of experience in conveyancing industry. They both bring a depth of knowledge and a steady, considered approach to every matter.
Both Erin and Alyce have completed their Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing and are both licensed Settlement Agents.
Over the years, we have assisted clients with a wide range of transactions, from residential sales and purchases to rural properties, subdivisions, estate matters and more complex transfers. This range of experience allows us to provide practical guidance and manage matters efficiently.
Local knowledge is an important part of the service we provide.
Erin has called Geraldton home from a young age and has a strong understanding of the local area, property market and community.
Alyce grew up in Chapman Valley and maintains strong ties to the rural community, bringing valuable insight into regional and agricultural property matters.
By combining professional expertise with genuine local knowledge, we are able to provide a personalised service that is informed, responsive and tailored to the needs of our clients.
